Aircoach joins Supporting Quality.

Aircoach, one of Ireland’s leading coach operators, joined the Supporting Quality campaign in early 2024.

The company operates passenger transport services from Dublin Airport to Cork, Belfast, Derry, Galway and three routes to Dublin City Centre and onward to South Dublin and Wicklow. Aircoach is licenced by The National Transport Authority (NTA). The company was established in Ireland in 1999, running its first route from Ballsbridge in Dublin City to Dublin Airport. Since then, the company has grown to employ 295 people in Ireland.

Aircoach Commercial Manager, Celine Coleman, said: “We also have extensive experience of providing car park and shuttle bus services including operating all car park shuttle bus services on contract to Dublin Airport Authority.

“Aircoach is part of First Group plc which is one of the UK and Ireland’s largest transportation companies. During the last year 1.1 million people daily relied on First Group to get to work, to school or college, to visit family and friends and much more and, each day, every one of our 13,000 employees work hard to deliver vitally important services for our passengers.”

She added: “Our vision is to provide easy and convenient mobility, improving quality of life by connecting people and communities. All of our coaches are led by the safety and comfort of our passengers and we were honoured to receive the industry award for safety practice at the Fleet Bus and Coach Awards 2024.”

SIPTU Organiser, Andrew Quigley, said: “Our members in Aircoach are pleased to see the company join the Supporting Quality campaign with its commitment to the delivery of quality products, services and workplaces.”
